• BIO: Karima Hinterleitner is the Director of the Inner Alchemy School and has been working as a therapist with individuals, couples and groups for the past 22 years. She is trained in many different modalities including, psychology, counselling, breath and energy work, reiki, Brandon Bays’ The Journey work and she is also a Oneness Blessing Giver. She has taught in Germany, India, Russia, Finland and Denmark and has worked with many clients of different nationalities over these years. Her understanding is that a better world starts with healthy, fulfilled individuals and she endeavours to offer people an opportunity to become this and live a balanced and healthy life on all levels.

Opening to the heart – Love in Action Workshop

Opening to the Heart looks at the question: “Would you like to love and accept yourself and others more?”

The workshop is about learning to make healthy decisions concerning yourself, friends and family. In the core of the spiritual heart is a deep sense of benevolence and this is intrinsic to everybody. When this place is accessed we make decisions that allow this world to be a better place because we feel ourselves and others. When our hearts are open we don’t do anything to hurt others, the opposite is true: we wish the best for everyone and really want them to be well. True kindness arises from that space. This is the ideal community living the Inner Alchemy School endeavours to encourage.

Opening to the Heart is a training to live a heart-centred life.
