“Like attracts like,” Frances says. “If you want to attract someone fabulous, you have to be resonating at a certain level.” She says, the key to making your energy vibrate at its passion peak is to get really clear on who you are and what you want.
8 Steps to Getting it rightÂ
- Don’t settle. Women are particularly bad at this. They see the potential and hope the men will change, but he won’t/
- Get clear on your values. Women often end up being flexible on things they’re not actually flexible about.
- Never mistake great sex for a great relationship. You’ll need more than sex to sustain you.
- Don’t choose a partner just because you love them. Love is not enough! Look for chemistry plus values, interests, lifestyle and goals.
- Create a fulfilling life and a healthy self esteem. Ask yourself. “What is my current vibration saying about me?”
- Make sure you’re clear of anger from your past relationships. If you’re not, whatever you haven’t dealt with will be drawn in through your next partner.
- Ensure he’s available. If he isn’t on the market, move on.
- If you feel you’re ready but no-one is on the horizon, don’t panic. If you’re putting out the right vibration, he will come.
