We are loving the www.ted.com website. It’s a stunningly simple yet powerful idea. Get together well edited video footage, of some of the most remarkable speakers on the planet, talking in easy-to-watch segments, about fascinating subjects.  A kind-of online version of speakers corner. 

There is something for everyone here, best selling authors, academics, political commentators, philosophers and much more, talking in ways funny, moving, provocative, controversial and entertaining. Some of the speeches are award winning with world beaters activists such as Al Gore and Jane Goodall. It’s the thinking woman’s You Tube!

The emphasis on TED is to bring beautiful, courageous, ingenious and informative ideas to everyone. To use these ideas to  change attitudes and the world. It’s not for profit and can be watched in different languages. So if you are looking for a bigger view of the planet, or even just a different point of view,tune in!
